1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bq44 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). bq44 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bq44 Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with bq44 and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

bq44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use the bq44 Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to open and maintain an account only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bq44 operates a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by bq44 or any affiliated platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You have provided accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. bq44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bq44 support immediately.

• One account per person. Holding more than one bq44 account is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts held.
• You must notify bq44 of any changes to your registration details — including your mobile number — promptly and in any event within 14 days of the change occurring.
• bq44 may at any time request identity verification documents (KYC) to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bq44 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile banking services. No international payment cards or bank wire transfers are accepted. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by bq44, though your mobile banking provider may apply its own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bq44 wallet in real time, typically within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile banking app. bq44 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. bq44 targets processing all withdrawal requests within ten minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high platform activity, processing may take up to two hours. Withdrawals subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be processed until the wagering requirement is met in full. bq44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bq44 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to the welcome bonus:

• The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may be claimed once per player account only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• bq44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering pathway, or used on excluded game categories.
• bq44 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x on the winnings generated, unless stated otherwise.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bq44 Platform operate under their respective provider rules and use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics to ensure fair and impartial outcomes. bq44 does not modify game odds or outcomes in any way beyond the standard house edge applicable to each game type.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bq44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or unfairly extracting value from the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.

Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a formal dispute to bq44 customer support within 72 hours of the result being recorded. Include your account details, the game name, the date and time of the game session, and a description of your dispute. bq44 will review the matter against its game server logs and provider records and will respond within five business days. All decisions made by bq44 following a formal review are final.

6. Responsible Gaming

bq44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income or to recover financial losses. Players who believe that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account dashboard.

Self-Exclusion

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions on Use

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the bq44 Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bq44. Unauthorised use of bq44 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

Third-Party Game Content

Games made available on the bq44 Platform are provided under licence from third-party game studios and providers including but not limited to:

• Evolution Gaming (live dealer tables including roulette, baccarat, and game shows)
• Pragmatic Play (slots, live casino, and crash games)
• Spribe (Aviator and other crash-category titles), Ezugi (South Asia live dealer suite including Andar Bahar and Teen Patti), NetEnt, and Microgaming.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bq44 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.

Platform Availability

bq44 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, or events outside bq44's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. bq44 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of Platform unavailability except to the extent such loss directly results from bq44's gross negligence.

• bq44 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, civil unrest, network infrastructure failures, or mobile banking service outages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• The maximum aggregate liability of bq44 to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
• Where bq44 provides links or references to third-party services (such as mobile banking applications), bq44 accepts no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bq44, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bq44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any genuine real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered mobile banking account within a reasonable period, subject to any withholding required by applicable law or investigation.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bq44 Platform. Any dispute arising between you and bq44 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team should be submitted to bq44 in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.

bq44 will endeavour to resolve all formal disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint. Where a dispute remains unresolved after this period, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

11. Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original commercial intent of that provision as closely as possible.

bq44 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or affiliate without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of bq44.
